Michael Kors District Manager, Lifestyle

- Lead all aspects of business performance for multiple store locations within the assigned district, driving sales, margin and profitability.
- Recruit, hire, onboard and retain Store Managers and store teams through targeted succession planning and leadership development.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow incremental sales by identifying merchandise and inventory opportunities and leveraging cross‑functional partnerships.
- Deliver an elevated customer experience through coaching on selling, styling and client engagement to drive sell‑through and loyalty.
- Continuously evaluate team and individual performance, providing regular feedback, coaching and corrective action as needed.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance across stores, including adherence to budgets and corporate policies.
- Resolve employee relations and HR matters in a timely manner in partnership with Human Resources.
- Collect and maintain market and competitive insights to inform business strategy and assortment decisions.
- Lead and develop teams both remotely and in person, managing time effectively and traveling as required.
- 5+ years of multi‑unit retail management experience at a specialty retailer.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated success recruiting, developing and retaining Store Managers and field teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience analyzing merchandising and inventory to drive sales.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between store locations and to work both remotely and on site.

Minimum of five years' multi‑unit retail management experience within a specialty or fashion retailer, with proven results in sales growth, team development and budget management.
