Michael Kors Cashier

1. Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently, including tender handling and transaction reconciliation.
2. Greet customers warmly, respond to inquiries, and direct clients to the appropriate sales associates to meet their needs.
3. Assist with merchandise floor moves, visual merchandising tasks and maintaining presentation standards.
4. Adhere to all sales-related policies and procedures and support loss-prevention and cash-handling protocols.
5. Support sales associates in resolving client issues and perform other operational tasks as business needs require.

1. Professional, customer-focused demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
2. Basic numeracy and attention to detail for accurate transaction processing.
3. Experience with cash handling and POS systems preferred.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
