1. Deliver an elevated client experience and drive store sales through active selling and styling
2. Lead and execute opening and closing procedures and day-to-day operational tasks with precision
3. Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to improve product knowledge, selling techniques and clienteling
4. Build and maintain a client book to generate repeat business and drive traffic
5. Leverage omnichannel tools and technology to maximize sales across digital and in-store touchpoints
6. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, service and store presentation while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

1. Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience
2. Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team
3. Strong customer relationship management and clienteling capabilities
4. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results
5. Technologically savvy with comfort using retail sales and omnichannel platforms

At least 3 years of progressive retail management experience with responsibility for team leadership, sales targets and operational execution in a fast-paced clothing or accessories environment.
