1. Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience and drive sales performance through effective clienteling and styling.
2. Lead and execute daily opening and closing procedures and maintain exemplary store operations and visual standards.
3. Coach, develop and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and store KPIs, fostering a high-performance team culture.
4. Build and maintain a client book, nurturing lasting customer relationships to increase traffic and repeat business.
5. Leverage omnichannel tools and retail technology to maximize sales, fulfilment and client engagement.
6. Support the Store Manager in implementing business plans, inventory controls and local merchandising initiatives.
7. Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment and act as a brand ambassador at all times.

1. Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
2. Proven leadership and people-development capabilities with experience coaching sales teams.
3. Strong clienteling skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
4. Customer service obsession with a natural aptitude for styling and selling.
5. Technologically literate with the ability to use omnichannel retail systems and POS tools.
6. Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Minimum 3+ years of retail management experience with a proven track record of driving sales, developing teams and delivering exceptional customer service; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred.
