1. Drive sales and store KPIs by delivering an elevated, luxury customer experience.

1. Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
2. Proven leadership with experience coaching and developing sales teams.
3. Demonstrable clienteling and customer relationship management skills.
4. Strong commercial and sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
5. Ability to perform store opening/closing procedures and manage operational duties reliably.
6. Comfortable using retail sales technology and omnichannel tools.
