5. Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital and in-store tools and technology.
6. Demonstrate strong multi-tasking and leadership while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and visual merchandising.
7. Support a new store opening, ensuring operational readiness and team onboarding for launch.

1. Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, preferably in luxury, premium or specialty apparel.
2. Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a retail sales team to achieve commercial targets.
3. Track record of building client relationships and executing clienteling strategies.
4. Customer-service obsession with strong selling and styling capabilities.
5. Technologically literate and able to adopt omnichannel tools and retail technology.
6. Flexible availability to support store hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
