Michael Kors Assistant Manager

Michael Kors is a global luxury fashion brand and a principal label within Capri Holdings Limited. 1. Support the Store Manager in day-to-day leadership of the store across sales, customer service, visual merchandising and operations.
2. Drive sales performance and KPIs through coaching, floor leadership and targeted selling initiatives.
3. Ensure exceptional client service and maintain luxury brand presentation standards, including visual merchandising and housekeeping.
4. Oversee operational tasks such as inventory control, stock replenishment, cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
5. Manage administrative duties including staff scheduling, attendance management and execution of corporate communications and promotions.
6. Act in the Store Manager’s stead when required, taking full accountability for store performance, team decisions and escalations.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary qualification in retail, business or fashion preferred.
2. Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within premium or luxury brands.
3. Demonstrable leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate a diverse sales team.
4. Strong commercial acumen with experience meeting sales targets and managing KPIs.
5. Excellent communication skills and proven capability in delivering high standards of customer service.

Typically requires several years of retail experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is strongly preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or diploma in retail management, business, or fashion desirable.
