- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines within the store.
- Conduct regular in-store checks and audits to maintain adherence to policies.
- Support the execution of in-store events.
- Safeguard the product in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage receipt, storage, and movement of goods responsibly.
- Organize the stock room for optimal efficiency.
- Oversee shop-to-shop and return transfers in compliance with guidelines.
- Order and distribute staff uniforms promptly.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconciliations, investigating discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate stock records through diligent monitoring of product movements.
- Process stock adjustments timely and in line with guidelines.
- Monitor consignments regularly and follow up as needed.
- Prepare for markdowns and manage transitions post-markdown.
- Handle in-store damaged stock.
- Optimize stock room capacity.
- Manage OMNI order flow to meet service levels.
- Achieve Operations KPIs and support overall store performance.
- Communicate and collaborate with Inventory Control, Retail Operations, and store teams.
- Ensure adequate stock of operating supplies and accurate system reflection.
- Coordinate suppliers and couriers for efficient service.
- Exhibit professionalism in communication and teamwork.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Previous experience in stock management and retail operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of delivering retail excellence.
- Ability to establish credibility with team members and external resources.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
