Alexander McQueen Client Advisor

Alexander McQueen, a prestigious British luxury fashion house founded by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992, is renowned for its unique expression of individuality and subversive strength. As part of the Kering Group since 2001, the brand is celebrated for its uncompromising quality and creative vision, with its design studio and atelier located in London. Under the creative direction of Seán McGirr since December 2023, Alexander McQueen continues to push the boundaries of fashion.

1. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
2. Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
3. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, routinely updating and maintaining client profile records.
4. Provide excellent service in alignment with the brand's Service Values and Standards.
5. Sustain a high level of product knowledge on all collections by utilizing various training resources.
6. Assist management with basic store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and light cleaning duties.
7. Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting, and general maintenance.
8. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
9. Foster an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect among all associates.

1. Significant retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Genuine interest in fashion and knowledge of industry trends.
4. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and team orientation.
5. Polished and well-groomed appearance at all times.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
4. Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
5. Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.

Significant retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.

$25 - $30/hour
