Responsibilities
- Demonstrate desired McQueen behaviors.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure store compliance.
- Conduct regular in-store checks and audits.
- Support the setup of in-store events.
- Ensure care and protection of products.
- Manage receipt, storage, and movement of goods responsibly.
- Organize the Stock Room efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with shop-to-shop and return transfers.
- Order and distribute staff uniforms timely.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate stock file.
- Process stock adjustments timely.
- Monitor consignments regularly.
- Prepare for markdown and manage transition.
- Manage in-store damaged stock.
- Optimize stock room capacity.
- Manage OMNI orders flow.
- Achieve Operations KPIs and support store performance.
- Maintain communication with Inventory Control, Retail Operations, and store team.
- Ensure store is stocked with operating supplies.
- Coordinate suppliers and couriers efficiently.
- Provide professionalism in communication and teamwork.
- Support and assist colleagues within the store and retail network.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Previous experience in stock management and retail operations.
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Successful performance record in retail excellence.
- Ability to establish credibility with team members and external resources.
- Drive and desire to deliver outstanding results.
- Sound analytical and organizational skills.
Experience Requirements
Previous experience in stock management and retail operations is required.
