Alexander McQueen Store Operations Associate
Alexander McQueen, a prestigious British luxury fashion house established in 1992 by Lee Alexander McQueen, is renowned for its unique expression of individuality and raw power. - Demonstrate the desired McQueen behaviors consistently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines within the store.
- Conduct regular in-store checks and audits to verify adherence to policies and procedures.
- Support the setup and successful execution of in-store events.
- Oversee the care and protection of products in alignment with company guidelines.
- Manage receipt, storage, and movement of goods responsibly and according to company standards.
- Organize the Stock Room efficiently to optimize product identification and retrieval time.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and timelines for shop-to-shop and return transfers.
- Order and distribute staff uniforms in a timely manner.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain an accurate stock file through proper monitoring of product movements.
- Process stock adjustments promptly in accordance with company guidelines.
- Monitor consignments regularly and follow up as needed.
- Prepare for markdowns and manage transitions post-markdown period.
- Manage in-store damaged stock effectively.
- Optimize stock room capacity.
- Manage the flow of OMNI orders to ensure required service levels are met.
- Achieve Operations KPIs and support overall store performance with a client-focused mindset.
- Maintain regular communication and collaboration with Inventory Control, Retail Operations, and the Store team.
- Ensure the store is stocked with all necessary operating supplies, including packaging and stationery.
- Coordinate with suppliers and couriers for efficient and cost-effective service.
- Exhibit professionalism in communication and teamwork, adhering to the House Code of Behaviors.
- Collaborate effectively within the store team and retail network, supporting and assisting colleagues.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders with a service-oriented, collaborative approach.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Previous experience in stock management and retail operations.
- Proven track record of delivering retail excellence.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- High motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to establish credibility with team members and external resources quickly.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
Previous experience in stock management and retail operations is required.
