3. Conduct regular in-store checks and audits.
4. Support the setup of in-store events.
5. Ensure care and protection of products.
6. Manage receipt, storage, and movement of goods responsibly.
7. Organize the Stock Room efficiently.
8. Ensure compliance with shop-to-shop and return transfers.
9. Order and distribute staff uniforms timely.
10. Conduct inventory counts and reconciliations.
11. Maintain accurate stock file.
12. Process stock adjustments timely.
13. Monitor consignments regularly.
14. Prepare for markdown and manage transition.
15. Manage in-store damaged stock.
16. Optimize stock room capacity.
17. Manage OMNI orders flow.
18. Achieve Operations KPIs and support store performance.
19. Maintain communication with Inventory Control, Retail Operations, and store team.
20. Ensure store is stocked with operating supplies.
21. Coordinate suppliers and couriers efficiently.
22. Provide professionalism in communication and teamwork.
23. Support and assist colleagues within the store and retail network.

1. Fluent in Italian and English.
2. Previous experience in stock management and retail operations.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
2. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
3. Motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
4. Successful performance record in retail excellence.
5. Ability to establish credibility with team members and external resources.
6. Drive and desire to deliver outstanding results.
7. Sound analytical and organizational skills.

Previous experience in stock management and retail operations is required.
