1. Ensure store compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
2. Conduct regular in-store checks and audits.
3. Support onboarding of new team members regarding store operations policies.
4. Liaise with external parties for required permits and documentation.
5. Assist in the setup and execution of in-store events.
6. Manage day-to-day goods receipt and storage, optimizing efficiency.
7. Coordinate shop-to-shop and returns transfers.
8. Oversee store maintenance and manage cleaning services.
9. Act as first point of contact for operational issues, escalating as needed.
10. Prepare and plan inventory checks and reconciliations.
11. Manage in-store damaged stock and monitor consignments.
12. Organize logistics and supplies, evaluating shipping efficiency.
13. Collaborate with team members and provide high-quality feedback.

2. Flexibility for regular travel and occasional weekend or evening shifts.
3. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
