Alexander McQueen Store Operations Associate

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines within the store.
- Conduct regular in-store checks and audits to verify adherence to policies and procedures.
- Assist in onboarding new team members with comprehensive information on store operations policies.
- Coordinate with external parties to secure necessary permits and documentation.
- Support the Operations Manager and Store Manager in implementing Fire Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
- Facilitate the setup and execution of in-store events.
- Oversee the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage goods receipt and storage, ensuring alignment with company procedures.
- Ensure compliance in shop-to-shop and returns transfers with company guidelines and timelines.
- Act as the point of contact for cleaning companies and contractors for store maintenance.
- Address store emergencies promptly to ensure timely repairs and service.
- Collaborate with Loss Prevention and Security on store issues as needed.
- Manage the after-sales process, keeping store teams and clients informed.
- Order and distribute staff uniforms promptly.
- Maintain back-of-house standards to enhance client experience.
- Train Client Advisors on back-of-house organization and stock care.
- Plan and prepare for inventory checks across all stores.
- Support stores with inventory checks and reconciliations.
- Manage in-store damaged stock and monitor negative-on-hand and outstanding consignments.
- Coordinate cycle counts as per company guidelines and policies.
- Provide training to minimize stock loss and damages.
- Manage the flow of OMNI orders to ensure required service levels.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines in the event of theft, including communication and documentation.
- Achieve operational KPIs and support overall store performance.
- Monitor in-transit items and liaise with relevant departments as needed.
- Organize packaging and stationery physically and on the IT system.
- Evaluate shipping suppliers and couriers for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain professionalism in communication and teamwork, adhering to the House Code of Behaviors.
- Provide high-quality feedback to managers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in retail operations and supporting efficient business operations.
- Flexibility to travel regularly and work occasional weekend or evening shifts.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Proven performance record and ability to deliver retail excellence.
- Ability to establish credibility with team members and external resources.
- Drive and desire to deliver outstanding results.
- Sound analytical and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 35 lbs.
