- Develop and enforce store policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company guidelines.

- Optimize store operations through analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate with external parties for necessary permits and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to Fire Safety and Health & Safety protocols.
- Oversee the management and protection of store products in accordance with company standards.
- Manage inventory processes, including stock checks and reconciliations.
- Streamline logistics and supply chain operations to enhance cost-effectiveness.
- Support the setup and execution of in-store events.
- Previous experience in retail operations, particularly in a luxury fashion environment.
- Flexibility to travel regularly and work occasional weekends or evenings.
- Proven track record of delivering retail excellence and operational efficiency.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Candidates must possess prior experience in retail operations, ideally within the luxury fashion sector, demonstrating a successful history of enhancing operational efficiency and delivering exceptional retail performance.
