Alexander McQueen Part-Time Retail Associate

- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and understanding of Alexander McQueen's history and heritage.
- Engage with clients on current fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, promoting a positive working environment in line with the House Code of Behaviours.
- Maintain a continual learning mindset by actively seeking and embracing feedback from colleagues and management.
- Ensure shopfloor standards and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to House policies and procedures.
- Comply with company grooming standards in accordance with Alexander McQueen policies.
- Adhere to company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities as required by head office.
- Demonstrated ability to embody the desired Alexander McQueen Behaviours.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service-related fields.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Luxury product knowledge with a keen interest in fashion trends, luxury market, and social media.
- Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods.
Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies or customer service-related fields is required.
