1. Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.

6. Comply with Company grooming standards in accordance with AMQ standards and policies.
7. Ensure adherence to Company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.

2. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
3. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
4. Team-player mentality.

3. Luxury product knowledge with an interest in fashion trends and the luxury market.
4. Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods.

Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies or customer service-related fields is required.
