- Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their needs, demonstrating excellent knowledge of products and brand heritage.
- Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach, supported by CRM and digital tools to strengthen client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's success.
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, promoting a positive working environment in line with company values.
- Maintain a continual learning mindset by actively seeking and embracing feedback from colleagues and management.
- Ensure shop floor standards and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Follow company grooming standards and act in compliance with visual merchandising, operational guidelines, and stock procedures.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service-related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Luxury product knowledge with a keen interest in fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM.
- Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods and lift packages weighing 10 lbs regularly.
Previous experience in a fashion retail or customer service-related role is required.
$25-30/hour
