- Maintain and develop client relationships with the support of CRM and digital tools to enhance customer loyalty.
- Continuously learn about product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service skills, and company policies and procedures.
- Follow company procedures regarding operational guidelines and inventory processes to ensure cash, goods, and logistics are managed in compliance with company policies.
- 1-2 years of experience in the luxury brand sector.
- Knowledge and experience in the luxury industry.
- Ability to drive and exceed personal and store KPIs.
- Excellent commercial awareness and teamwork spirit.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Customer-centric service mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
