- Regularly assess performance against specific daily/monthly benchmarks.
- Cultivate a team environment that promotes collaboration and initiative-taking.
- Value and reward performance and manage under-performance with constant feedback.
- Coach in the moment and collaborate with HR on development actions needed.
- Identify potential succession plans within the retail establishment.
- Communicate upcoming events, store openings, and key figures of the company to the team.
- Address inquiries about company objectives or strategic direction.
- Encourage awareness and insight into local competitors' activities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial retail role in a store or boutique setting.
- Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in a second language is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding sense of customer service, initiative, and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and concepts.
