- Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's image and values.
- Exhibit exemplary behavior and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance brand image.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding client journey.
- Welcome clients warmly, educate them about the brand, and build lasting relationships.

- Experience in selling Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Leather Goods (LG).
- Fluency in French; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of Retail Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
A minimum of 3 years in a luxury, high fashion sales environment.
