4. Welcome clients warmly, ensuring their comfort and educating them about the brand.
5. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, expanding the client book through CRM details.
6. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
7. Process sales confidently and professionally, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines to enhance product knowledge.
9. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods (LG).
3. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
