- Define and implement a training strategy aligned with organizational goals, focusing on key competencies within the After Sales Service team.
- Identify critical focus areas and competencies required for After Sales Service staff, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Collaborate with leadership and Human Resources to schedule training sessions, emphasizing succession planning and continuous professional development.
- Work closely with internal technical leads to gather insights and incorporate their expertise into the training strategy.
- Create and develop training materials and curricula in collaboration with headquarters, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Participate in the selection process for hiring apprentices annually, organizing bench tests, and liaising with local institutions.
- Oversee and manage the technician apprenticeship program, ensuring comprehensive training and mentorship for apprentices.
- Assess apprentices' progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Conduct technical training modules to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees across various watchmaking roles.
- Collaborate with the international watchmaking trainer to deliver training content reflecting the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Coordinate with leadership to ensure new hires receive proper onboarding and development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal technical training initiatives, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Conduct engaging watchmaking animations and VIP Masterclasses during sales events, engaging both customers and staff members.
- Proven experience in watchmaking and training management.
