- Manage and maintain HR data, ensuring accuracy and conducting regular audits.
- Serve as the liaison for HR system management, leading implementations and updates.
- Compile and analyze personnel expense data for budget preparation.
- Collaborate with the Business Planning & Control team for budget and variance analysis.
- Submit market compensation data to consulting firms for compensation range determination.
- Support the Annual Individual Compensation Review in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
- Coordinate commission-related tasks with Retail, BPC, and Finance teams.
- Assist in HR and General Affairs projects and respond to ad-hoc requests.
- Handle overseas insurance transactions and manage expatriate budgets.
- Coordinate LVMH Social Reports, liaising with Paris and relevant departments.
- Provide detailed models and projections for staff cost-related initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR data management, budget preparation, and compensation analysis.
- Experience in a global company or matrix organization preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting principles and budget costing techniques.
- Native level Japanese and business level English proficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong team collaboration and management skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on tasks with strategic thinking.
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement and problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR data management, budget preparation, and compensation analysis is required.
