- Respond to inquiries related to watch and jewelry repairs, including reception of repair requests, explanation of repair details, timelines, and cost information.
- Handle product-related inquiries as part of customer center functions.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for after-sales service inquiries.
- Manage incoming calls from end-users, retail stores, boutiques, and internal wholesale departments, providing first-line support.
- Input customer and product information into the SAP system, including product numbers and serial numbers.
- Confirm receipt of repair watches and invoices, summarize repair statuses, and input data into the system.
- Perform administrative tasks such as sorting documents and mail.
- Address e-commerce related inquiries and liaise with the headquarters in Switzerland.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, including customer service and sales experience.
- Experience in luxury brand, hotel, airline, or department store customer service is acceptable.
- Basic English reading and writing skills are mandatory, with verbal communication skills as an advantage.
- Understanding of compliance and ability to adhere to regulations.
- Familiarity with office processing and PC skills, particularly Salesforce, SAP, Excel, and Notes.
- Ability to perform blind typing and screen operations while on calls.
- Comfortable with detailed tasks involving precision machinery and jewelry.
- Open and collaborative attitude, with a fearless approach to challenging tasks.
- Positive work attitude and demeanor.
- Flexibility to handle diverse and irregular cases.
- Polite and courteous interaction, requiring collaboration with various departments and individuals.
- Interest in luxury brands and the ability to anticipate the needs of affluent clients.
- Teamwork capability.
- Ability to maintain a good balance while absorbing a wide range of information and interacting with customers and staff.
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in luxury or high-end service sectors.
