CRM Manager

1. Develop and implement CRM strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
2. Identify and segment target clients for customized communication strategies.
3. Coordinate direct communications to clients across all channels.
4. Increase client satisfaction and retention.
5. Strengthen customer engagement and loyalty through events and initiatives.
6. Use Salesforce data to analyze and leverage the customer database.
7. Implement data-driven initiatives for better customer insights.
8. Monitor CRM initiatives using KPIs and create regular performance reports.
9. Define and organize regional/local training programs for boutique staff.
10. Deploy sales training to boutique managers and staff.
11. Manage e-Learning database and ensure completion of programs.
12. Coordinate training events and manage related budgets and vendors.

1. University graduate
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in CRM and brand marketing
3. Experience in Retail or B to C industry is preferable
4. Studies or professional experience abroad is preferable
