Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering a memorable experience to customers.
- Achieve store sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and service excellence.
- Contribute to store and service KPIs through proactive sales efforts.
- Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging, ensuring a unique shopping experience.
- Participate in training sessions to update knowledge on collections, selling techniques, and brand stories.
- Convey Italian hospitality through client interactions, providing personalized service.
- Establish and develop relationships with existing and new clients.
- Register client data for CRM purposes and perform CRM activities as directed.
- Communicate opportunities for community relationships and brand awareness events.
- Apply sales-related procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure store cleanliness and product display according to VM guidelines.
- Perform after-sales service activities and maintain customer satisfaction.
