- Lead the development and execution of strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and track sales metrics.
- Monitor and guide the sales team's performance, ensuring achievement of KPIs.
- Enhance sales techniques and lead by example on the sales floor through client engagement and events.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify sales opportunities.
- Maintain Visual Merchandising standards in line with brand vision and critical control points (KCPs).
- Train the sales team in CRM tools to ensure repeat business and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Direct and inspire the sales team, holding them accountable for KPIs and client relations.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales team on client interactions, focusing on unique experiences and service.
- Collaborate with HR to support career growth and prepare the sales team for future roles.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail.
- Experience in High Jewelry and Watches sales is advantageous.
- Proven strategic agility and leadership skills.
- Track record of achieving exceptional business results.
- Strong managerial background with a focus on team development.
- In-depth understanding of the local retail market and client development.
- Proficiency in merchandising techniques.
- Familiarity with retail software such as Beanstore, Salesforce, and SAP.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
