LVMH Training Assistant

- Oversee the administrative management of qualifying training programs at the Métiers d’Excellence Academy, including drafting brochures, training agreements, invitations, participant booklets, and training materials.
- Coordinate the dispatch of invitations and manage training follow-ups through DIGIFORMA, including evaluation questionnaires.
- Monitor quality indicators in compliance with Qualiopi standards.
- Manage the contact email inbox and update databases, including learner lists and statistics.
- Organize logistics for events, meetings, and recruitment sessions, including room reservations and coordination with external service providers.
- Draft and distribute meeting minutes for the Academy.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for Academy events in collaboration with the travel agency.
- Develop new training content in partnership with LVMH brands and oversee the delivery of the Brevet d’Excellence.
- Enrollment in a higher education program (Bachelor's or Master's level) in Managerial Support, Human Resources, Business School, or related fields.
- Proficiency in navigating ambiguous situations with agility.
- Strong interpersonal skills and curiosity.
- Meticulous attention to administrative detail.
- Fluency in French is mandatory; proficiency in English is important, and Italian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in French and English; Italian is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with training management systems like DIGIFORMA.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
