LVMH Intellectual Property Legal Intern

- Monitor intellectual property portfolios, including trademarks, designs, and domain names, in collaboration with Industrial Property Advisors.
- Conduct availability searches for trademarks and product names, and research the state of the art in designs and models.
- Validate projects and perform risk analysis for new product launches.
- Draft and review contracts, including collaboration agreements and copyright licenses.
- Participate in the management and monitoring of pre-litigation and litigation processes, including success probability studies, cease and desist letters, settlement agreements, and review of legal documents.
- Conduct legal monitoring in intellectual property.
- Research case law and draft legal notes.
- Assist in conducting intellectual property audits.
- Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program in Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferably, candidates should have completed an initial internship in intellectual property. Experience in a law firm is advantageous.
Master's degree in Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property (Master 2).
