1. Serve as the primary contact for recruitment-related matters concerning interns and apprentices.
2. Participate in launching recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices.
3. Gather recruitment needs from operational teams.
4. Manage applications and candidate pools.
5. Organize and conduct telephone and in-person interviews.
6. Present candidates to managers.
7. Provide feedback and follow-up with candidates.
8. Ensure the quality of the recruitment process and an optimal candidate experience.
9. Oversee the integration and engagement of the intern and apprentice community.
10. Monitor the intern and apprentice population throughout their tenure.
11. Plan and execute integration seminars for interns and apprentices.
12. Assist in organizing internal events to engage the intern and apprentice community.
13. Analyze and track key recruitment and population metrics.

1. Enrollment in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources.

1. Interest in Recruitment, Talent Management, and HR Project Management.
2. Proactive, adaptable, meticulous, and organized.
3. Demonstrates curiosity, diplomacy, relational intelligence, and active listening.
4. Strong analytical and writing skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
