LVMH Talent Acquisition & HR Development Intern

- Serve as the primary contact for recruitment-related inquiries concerning interns and apprentices.
- Participate in the initiation of recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices.
- Gather recruitment needs from operational teams.
- Manage applications and maintain a candidate pool.
- Organize and conduct telephone and in-person interviews.
- Present candidates to managers.
- Ensure follow-up and feedback to candidates.
- Guarantee the quality of the recruitment process and ensure an optimal candidate experience.
- Oversee the integration and engagement of the intern and apprentice community.
- Monitor the intern and apprentice population throughout their tenure.
- Plan and conduct integration seminars for interns and apprentices.
- Assist in organizing internal events to engage the intern and apprentice community.
- Analyze and track key recruitment and population metrics.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Interest in Recruitment, Talent Management, and HR Project Management.
- Proactive, adaptable, meticulous, and organized.
- Demonstrates curiosity, diplomacy, relational intelligence, and active listening skills.
- Possesses analytical and writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Entry-level experience suitable for students or recent graduates.
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
