Strategy Business Analyst, Digital

1. Lead production of monthly reporting suite on digital trends and benchmarks.
2. Field questions from LVMH Maisons related to monthly reports and perform ad hoc analyses.
3. Create supplemental bespoke reports for key stakeholders.
4. Solicit feedback from Maisons to improve monthly insights.
5. Develop content for market overviews to aid decision making.
6. Support Maisons with annual strategic plans through digital market forecasts and analyses.
7. Conduct ad hoc market research on topics like social commerce and digital innovation trends.
8. Coordinate with stakeholders to develop content for key leadership meetings.
9. Support the NA Digital VP with data, analysis, and content development for team projects.
10. Participate in global, centralized reporting steercos.
11. Identify and assess new sources of market/competitor data for reporting and analysis.

1. 3-5 years of experience in market research and data analysis.
2. Experience in digital/eCommerce and retail preferred.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Familiarity with PowerBI.
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Experience in visual storytelling and developing executive-level presentations.
5. Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Adaptability and cross-functional team collaboration.
8. Ability to present to senior management.

Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields.
