- Lead the production of monthly reports on digital trends and benchmarks, synthesizing data from multiple sources to generate insights and develop content.
- Address inquiries from LVMH Maisons regarding monthly reports and conduct ad hoc analyses as needed.
- Create customized reports for key stakeholders and solicit feedback to enhance monthly insights.
- Develop market overviews to aid Maison and LVMH leadership in understanding market trends and provide locally relevant insights.
- Support Maisons in their annual strategic planning by providing digital market forecasts and benchmarks.
- Conduct ad hoc market research on topics such as social commerce and digital innovation trends.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop content for leadership meetings, including Maison Presidents & COMEX meetings.
- Support the NA Digital VP with data, analysis, and content development for various projects.
- Participate in global reporting steering committees and identify new sources of market and competitor data for analysis.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research and data analysis.
- Proven ability to generate insights from large data sets.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with PowerBI.
- Experience in digital/eCommerce and retail sectors.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in visual storytelling and executive-level presentations.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and adaptability.
- Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and presenting to senior management.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, particularly in market research and data analysis within digital/eCommerce and retail sectors.
