LVMH Social Relations and HR Operations Manager

- Monitor and apply social law developments and legal compliance within the establishment for Veuve Clicquot and Krug.
- Foster constructive social dialogue with trade unions and ensure the proper functioning of social bodies (CSE, CSSCT, RP, CSE commissions).
- Support and guide managers in their roles to enhance the quality of social dialogue.
- Serve as the establishment's reference for disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure the implementation and acknowledgment of concluded agreements by company stakeholders.
- Track social indicators and generate periodic reports and dashboards.
- Assist operational managers in team management, including recruitment, integration, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with HR procedures and legal standards in health, safety, and working conditions.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects (GPEC, QVCT/RSE, SST).
- Maintain personnel files and employment contracts within the scope.
- Collaborate with occupational health services on health and safety dossiers.
- Update HR databases and ensure accurate reporting.
- Advise management on social aspects and contribute to strategic HR projects.
- Develop and conduct HR training sessions.
- Collaborate with the communication department on internal HR and social communication.
- Embody and promote the company's values and culture.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent (Bac +5 or equivalent).
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong understanding of social law and HR legal compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to foster constructive relationships with trade unions.
- Proficient in HR management and performance development processes.
- Capable of managing cross-functional HR projects.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HR management, with a focus on social relations.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent.
