- Monitor and apply social law developments and legal compliance within Veuve Clicquot and Krug establishments.
- Cultivate constructive social dialogue with trade unions and ensure the effective functioning of social bodies such as CSE, CSSCT, and others.
- Support and guide managers in fulfilling their roles to enhance social dialogue quality.
- Act as the establishment's reference for disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure the proper implementation and acknowledgment of concluded agreements by company stakeholders.
- Track social indicators and produce periodic reports and dashboards.
- Assist operational managers in team management, including recruitment, integration, training, and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR procedures and legal standards concerning health, safety, and working conditions.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects such as GPEC, QVCT/RSE, and SST.
- Maintain personnel files and employment contracts within the scope of responsibility.
- Oversee health and safety dossiers in collaboration with occupational health services.
- Update HR databases and ensure accurate reporting.
- Advise management on social aspects of projects and strategic HR initiatives.
- Develop and conduct HR-related training sessions.
- Collaborate with the communication department on internal HR and social communication.
- Embody and promote the company's values and culture.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent (Bac +5 or equivalent).
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong understanding of social law and legal compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to foster positive relationships with trade unions and social partners.
- Proficient in HR management and performance development processes.
- Competence in managing cross-functional HR projects.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs.
- Cultural ambassador with strong alignment to company values.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HR and social relations management.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent.
