1. Coordinate and ensure the optimal organization of the showroom during sales events, maintaining cleanliness and order.
2. Assist in the preparation of sample orders and organize collections post-client appointments.
3. Support the commercial team with organizational aspects including scheduling, IT, and sales tools.
4. Facilitate the seamless preparation of new sample stocks, tracking deliveries of new collections to the showroom.
5. Support the showroom coordinator in sample cutting according to online launch schedules.
6. Organize the back office, managing swatches and samples.
7. Assist the Showroom Manager during sales, addressing client needs and providing recommendations.
8. Track appointments and client requests, including unscheduled meetings and express sample requests.
9. Ensure daily organization, tidiness, and cleanliness of the showroom.
10. Aid in the preparation of commercial events such as trade shows and private sales.
11. Provide additional support at the warehouse when necessary.

1. Pursuing a degree in fashion, sales, or commerce (Bac+2 to Bac+5).

1. Meticulous attention to detail, dynamic and organized.
2. Strong analytical skills with an affinity for numbers.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit, and humility.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without stress.
5. Fluency in English.
6. Passion for fashion, textiles, and leather.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
