LVMH Senior Accounting and Reporting Specialist

- Conduct monthly reporting and quarterly consolidations, ensuring adherence to Group and IFRS standards.
- Perform monthly operational result closures and variance analysis against budget, preparing and recording inventory entries as needed.
- Maintain accurate accounting records for assigned companies under dual standards (French GAAP and IFRS), ensuring compliance with current French accounting and tax regulations.
- Submit closure options and necessary arbitrations to the Accounting and Reporting Manager, documenting specific accounting treatments for particular operations.
- Prepare statutory accounts and documentation for submission to governing bodies, including the Board of Directors and general assemblies.
- Execute all tax declarations, proofs, and fiscal reporting, collaborating with the Tax Department on transfer pricing documentation and the Reliable Audit Trail (PAF). Ensure tax compliance.
- Prepare necessary documentation for auditors and tax inspectors.
- Propose procedural and information system enhancements to optimize current processes to the Accounting and Reporting Manager.
- Participate in cross-functional projects (technical or IT) for continuous improvement or transformation of the finance function, as needed.
- Engage in daily interactions with the Group Holding's operational departments, as well as the Financing and Treasury, Consolidation, Tax, Legal, Management Control, and IT departments.
- Master's degree, DSCG, or equivalent in Finance.
- 5 to 7 years of confirmed experience in an audit firm, accounting firm, or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in IFRS and French GAAP.
- Strong technical knowledge in fiscal reporting and tax proof.
- Fluency in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and autonomy.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, ideally within an audit firm, accounting firm, or corporate setting.
Master's degree, DSCG, or equivalent in Finance.
