LVMH Senior Accounting and Reporting Specialist

- Supervise and mentor an accounting team member, ensuring quality deliverables and daily training.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and quarterly consolidations, ensuring compliance with Group and IFRS standards.
- Conduct monthly operational result closures and variance analysis against budget, including inventory accounting.
- Maintain accurate accounting records under dual standards (French GAAP and IFRS), ensuring compliance with current French accounting and tax regulations.
- Advise on closing options and necessary accounting treatments for specific transactions, documenting them thoroughly.
- Prepare statutory accounts and documentation for Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and General Assemblies, including the Universal Registration Document (DEU).
- Manage all tax declarations, proofs, and reports, collaborating with the Tax Department on transfer pricing documentation and Audit Trail (PAF) compliance.
- Prepare documentation for auditors and tax inspectors.
- Propose procedural and information system enhancements to optimize current processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects (technical or IT) for continuous improvement or finance function transformation.
- Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, DSCG, or related field.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in audit, accounting, or corporate finance.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and French GAAP.
- Proficiency in tax reporting and tax proof documentation.
- Fluency in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and autonomy.
A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in audit firms, accounting firms, or corporate finance roles.
Master's degree in Finance, DSCG, or equivalent.
