LVMH Sales Assistant

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, acting as a liaison between field sales and headquarters.
- Manage schedules using KLEE, ensuring alignment with weekly priorities.
- Handle expense reports and update personnel lists for the sales department.
- Coordinate shipments and manage semi-annual allocations and corporate gifts.
- Prepare and track various internal and external mailings, including legal documents.
- Organize seminars and manage collective travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the Client Platform one day a week.
- Significant experience in administrative support roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of confidentiality.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and agile environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong writing skills.
- Fluent in French and English.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support is required.
