1. Minimum Bac+2 in a commercial field (BTS MUC, BTS NRC, DUT TC) or a Bac+3 to 5 in a university discipline (literature, languages, humanities, art history).

1. Enthusiastic with a strong affinity for luxury values.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficient in French and English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Italian, or Portuguese are advantageous.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Minimum Bac+2 in a commercial field or Bac+3 to 5 in a university discipline.

Participants will receive a Retail Manager Mode et Beauté certification (Bac+3 level) recognized by the French Ministry of Labor, and the Brevet d’Excellence from the Institut ME. Training costs at EMA SUP Paris are covered for the trainee.
