LVMH Regional Sales Manager

- Develop and implement strategic action plans to achieve specific sales volume goals in collaboration with the Retail Account Manager team.
- Monitor and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings on platforms such as Yelp and Google.
- Lead and develop a professional team of Retail Account Managers and Aestheticians, ensuring talent development and succession planning.
- Ensure in-store merchandising reflects high standards and aligns with brand culture.
- Oversee the execution of new store openings and expansion of business classes in partnership with corporate account personnel.
- Identify potential new retail locations and assess current locations for potential discontinuance.
- Ability to maintain a home office and store promotional products.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience in the beauty industry or a similar field.
- Valid driver's license.
- Successful completion of an E-Verify check.
- State board aesthetician or cosmetology license preferred.

A minimum of 3-5 years in retail management within the beauty industry or a comparable sector.
The target salary range is $118,000 - $150,000, with eligibility for sales incentives and commissions.
