LVMH Regional Sales Manager

- Develop and implement strategic action plans to address sales challenges and achieve volume goals in collaboration with the Retail Account Manager team.
- Monitor and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings on platforms such as Yelp and Google, ensuring an average above 4.0.
- Lead and develop a professional team of Retail Account Managers and Aestheticians, focusing on maximizing potential and preparing for future opportunities.
- Maintain a talent pool for succession planning to fill open positions within the area.
- Ensure high standards of counter and in-store merchandising that reflect the brand's culture and values.
- Oversee new store openings and business class additions in coordination with corporate account personnel.
- Identify potential new retail locations and evaluate existing ones for potential discontinuation.
- Ability to maintain a home office and store promotional products.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience in the beauty industry or a similar field.
- Valid driver's license.
- Successful completion of an E-Verify check.
- State board aesthetician or cosmetology license preferred.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in managing retail operations and merchandising.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
A minimum of 3-5 years in retail management within the beauty industry or a similar environment is required.
Target salary range is $118,000 - $150,000, with eligibility for sales incentives and commissions.
