1. Manage the temporary staff pool for the production site, including production, cellars, and maintenance personnel.
2. Conduct sourcing and pre-selection of candidates.
3. Organize and conduct recruitment interviews and tests.
4. Ensure proper onboarding and administrative processing for new temporary hires in production and cellars.
5. Handle negative responses to candidates.
6. Monitor the temporary staff pool in collaboration with workshop managers.
7. Implement testing procedures and create a welcome booklet for temporary staff.
8. Maintain relationships with educational institutions.
9. Manage an annual volume of 55 full-time equivalent temporary contracts for production and 10 for cellars.
10. Oversee the annual and professional interview process for the Development team.
11. Manage recruitment indicators for the Development team.

1. Proficiency in labor law, including contract management.
2. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software.
