LVMH Purchasing Manager

- Define and implement the purchasing strategy and policy.
- Negotiate group contracts and key agreements for the Maisons, ensuring optimal purchasing conditions.
- Lead and manage various purchasing projects.
- Monitor supplier relationships and purchasing performance.
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current purchasing practices across the Maisons.
- Collaborate with LVMH Hotel Management to establish purchasing guidelines.
- Develop and evolve purchasing procedures in collaboration with local teams and financial directors.
- Directly negotiate group contracts and assist Maisons with specific negotiations.
- Implement necessary tools and processes for purchasing operations.
- Track supplier performance and manage contract renewals and renegotiations.
- Previous experience in a similar role overseeing a receiving and economat team.
- Experience working in an establishment with multiple food and beverage outlets.
- Proven track record of effective organizational and work methods.
- Excellent knowledge of hospitality-specific tools and software, with familiarity in Material Control/Micros being advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven work methodology.
- Ability to adapt to various situations with a focus on achieving excellence.
- Curiosity and innovation in proposing new projects.
- Strong control and management capabilities with a good understanding of accounting related to hotel stock management.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar position is required.
