1. Drive sales of brand products while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
3. Identify, understand, and address customer needs effectively.
4. Monitor competitive activities, including special promotions and product launches.
5. Propose and demonstrate customized product offerings.
6. Track point-of-sale KPIs and ensure achievement of monthly retail sales targets.
7. Cultivate enduring personal relationships with clients through loyalty programs and samples.
8. Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance in accordance with corporate guidelines.
9. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure product availability.
10. Execute all assigned operational and administrative tasks.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years of prior professional experience in retail or service sectors, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
