LVMH Junior Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Manager

- Ensure flawless execution for each new launch or counter update, acting as the brand guardian.
- Assist in driving and implementing the Store Design strategy for in-store and large pop-up sites, aligning with global brand strategy and ensuring commercial returns.
- Evaluate design elements such as materials, costs, and lead-times with local agencies, supporting new launches and driving profitable growth in the UK market.
- Continuously review Store Design practices to ensure innovation and increased store profitability, sharing insights with the Retail Design & VM Manager.
- Collaborate with external Retail Design partners and agencies for consistent high-level executions.
- Support new counter projects and key pop-up sites across both brands.
- Assist store and retail teams with counter installations and maintenance, ensuring efficient resolutions.
- Work closely with sales teams and regional account managers to ensure designs and layouts meet retailer, location, and customer needs, considering stock capacities and sales targets.
- Manage purchase orders related to ongoing projects, maintaining budgets and ensuring timely payments.
- Oversee the creation of supporting documents for new counters to communicate with retail and HQ teams.
- Manage and execute large-scale pop-ups and temporary animations in line with global brand strategy, ensuring commercial returns.
- Support the Visual Merchandising Executive with forecasting and inbounding of global VM tools ahead of installation.
- Fluent in English
- 3-5 years experience in Visual Merchandising or Store Design
- Inherent interest in the luxury industry and beauty
- Desire to build a career within Retail Design and Visual Merchandising
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
- Effective in fast-paced environments with a sense of urgency
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects

- Understanding of customer experience requirements in department stores
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, InDesign, and Excel
- Experience with design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit
- Strong technical drawing knowledge
- Some knowledge of electrical and health and safety standards
Minimum of 5 years in a related role within Visual Merchandising or Store Design.
