1. Assist in the recruitment process for the Crafters of the Future program, including job posting, resume screening, interviews, and coordination with managers and universities.
2. Develop communication materials for talent initiatives, such as flyers, presentations, and announcements.
3. Manage administrative tasks related to the department, including acceptance letters, databases, calendars, and intern documentation.
4. Support the organization of development and engagement events, such as onboarding, conferences, and leadership sessions.
5. Participate in strategic HR initiatives and organizational culture projects.

1. Students from the 6th semester onwards in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields with an interest in recruitment.
2. Students in Graphic Design or Communication with an interest in talent processes and internal communication.
3. Interest in developing a career in Human Resources within the luxury and beauty sector.

1. Creativity and excellent organizational skills.
2. Attention to detail and proactivity.
3. Intermediate level of English.
4. Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.

Previous experience in internships, social service, or related projects is desirable.

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program.
