Team Assistant

1. Manage schedule, meeting arrangements, and set-ups for the team.
2. Gather various reports and data from commercial, marketing, and finance functions.
3. Handle administrative tasks such as payment requests and propose solutions for efficiency improvements.
4. Organize visitor schedules, coordinate agendas, and provide support including interpretation.
5. Organize meetings and events for counter managers and beauty consultants.
6. Assist sales activities to achieve sales targets.
7. Forecast business situations and take necessary actions in cooperation with team functions.
8. Coordinate communication between stores and team functions.
9. Support and implement new store opening projects and local trade actions.
10. Manage vendor/supplier relationships and ensure service quality.
11. Coordinate and manage beauty consultant schedules in line with promotion and training calendars.
12. Support recruitment, development, and performance appraisal of counter managers and beauty consultants.

2. Business Level English

1. Good organizational and administrative skills
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
4. Planning and time management skills
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer goods sales in a multinational environment. Retail, luxury goods, cosmetics, or hospitality industry background preferred.
