LVMH Warehouse Coordinator

1. Manage labelling, kitting, and assembling operations with a focus on prioritizing DBS in coordination with the planning team to meet availability targets.
2. Utilize subcontractors when necessary for service or cost efficiency.
3. Monitor productivity with the DBS supervisor on manual and semi-automatic labelling processes to develop improvement plans.
4. Oversee local purchase of labels and verify DBS reports and invoices.
5. Supervise inbound processes, including reception and storage progress for urgent items.
6. Coordinate customization and manufacturing operations, such as filling.
7. Optimize outbound processes, including stock replenishment, picking, packing, and shipments.
8. Coordinate monthly scrap activities with planning and warehouse teams.
9. Ensure safety and security in the warehouse in compliance with LVMH rules and the Warehouse Core Model.
10. Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers on continuous improvements to enhance productivity, capacity, and flexibility.
11. Establish and maintain reliable relationships with logistics partners.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, specifically in supply chain or manufacturing.
2. Experience in interacting with a third-party logistics provider (3PL) is highly advantageous.
3. Native or fluent proficiency in Japanese is mandatory; English proficiency is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Excel at a basic to advanced level.
2. Knowledge or experience with WMS, ERP, and Microsoft AX systems is beneficial.
3. Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
4. Strong communication skills to report facts and raise alerts as necessary.
5. Ability to manage urgent situations, adapt to fast-paced activities, and multitask effectively.

A minimum of 3 years in operations, particularly within supply chain or manufacturing sectors.
