LVMH Order Processing Specialist

LVMH Cosmetics, a division of the esteemed LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Group, provides comprehensive shared services in Finance & Accounting, Logistics, Purchasing, and Regulatory Affairs. This division supports renowned maisons in Japan, including Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy Parfums, Make Up Forever, Loewe Perfumes, and Officine Universelle Buly. 1. Process sales orders to counters and customers.
2. Coordinate shipment and return reception with warehouse service providers (3PL).
3. Manage local transportation to and from customers, including delivery to department stores and courier services.
4. Share long-term workload plans and estimated order volumes with the warehouse team.
5. Support the warehouse team in WAVE management to ensure timely shipments.
6. Monitor EDI/SCM labels for B2B shipments in collaboration with the IS team.
7. Assist the Order Processing Manager in maintaining accurate data across various systems, such as AX and WMS.
8. Communicate with brands and respond to inquiries and requests.
9. Support internal projects to ensure timely completion of activities.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in SCM or logistics functions, preferably within the perfumes or cosmetics industry.
2. Proficiency in order management.
3. Native Japanese speaker with business-level English proficiency.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel/Macros, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
2. Experience with ERP and WMS systems, particularly Microsoft AX.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Comfortable working in a multicultural context.

A minimum of 3 years in supply chain management or logistics, ideally within the perfumes or cosmetics sector.
