Regulatory Affairs Specialist

1. Perform product data review for notification of general cosmetics in compliance with the Cosmetics Law.
2. Review formulae, Certificate of Free Sale, and BSE-Free Certificate for general cosmetics.
3. Follow up on functional cosmetics registration.
4. Ensure compliance with Korean label and advertisement regulations.
5. Perform registration for non-cosmetic products in accordance with related regulations.
6. Assist in quality matters follow-up, including reviewing certificates of analysis and quality defect cases.
7. Monitor new and updated regulations related to products.
8. Assist the Operational RA Manager and RA&QA Director with assigned tasks.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in science, preferably in Pharmacy or Chemistry.
2. More than 3 years of experience in cosmetic regulatory affairs or a related field.
3. Knowledge of the regulatory environment and relevant laws and regulations on medical devices.

1. Proficiency in English writing and translation.
2. Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Proactive communication skills.
4. Systematic and analytical capability.
5. Fluency in Korean.

Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetic regulatory affairs or a related field.

Bachelor’s Degree in science, preferably in Pharmacy or Chemistry.
