LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Regulatory Affairs Specialist

- Conduct product data reviews for notification compliance with the Korean Cosmetics Law, in collaboration with the HQ ORA team.
- Review formulae, certificates of free sale, and BSE-free certificates for general cosmetics.
- Oversee the registration process for functional cosmetics.
- Ensure compliance of Korean labels and advertisements with the Cosmetics Law and related regulations, including K-REACH and the Electric & Consumer Products Safety Control Act.
- Manage registration of non-cosmetic products, such as chemicals and consumer goods, in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in quality issue follow-up, including reviewing certificates of analysis and investigating quality defects.
- Communicate with relevant parties based on investigation results and confirm returned stock data.
- Monitor new and revised regulations, documenting updates under the supervision of the ORA manager.
- Support the Operational RA Manager and RA&QA Director with assigned tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, preferably in Pharmacy or Chemistry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cosmetic regulatory affairs or a related field.
- Proficiency in Korean and English.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory environments and laws related to cosmetics and medical devices.
- Strong writing and translation skills in English.
- Expertise in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive communication skills.
- Systematic and analytical capabilities.
Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetic regulatory affairs or a related field is required.
Bachelor's degree in Science, preferably in Pharmacy or Chemistry.
