Responsibilities
- Perform product data review for notification of general cosmetics in compliance with the Cosmetics Law.
- Review formulae, Certificate of Free Sale, and BSE-Free Certificate for general cosmetics.
- Follow up on functional cosmetics registration.
- Ensure compliance with Korean label and advertisement regulations.
- Perform registration for non-cosmetic products in accordance with related regulations.
- Assist in quality matters follow-up, including reviewing certificates of analysis and quality defect cases.
- Monitor new and updated regulations related to products.
- Assist the Operational RA Manager and RA&QA Director with assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in science, preferably in Pharmacy or Chemistry.
- More than 3 years of experience in cosmetic regulatory affairs or a related field.
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment and relevant laws and regulations on medical devices.
Skills
- Proficiency in English writing and translation.
- Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive communication skills.
- Systematic and analytical capability.
- Fluency in Korean.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetic regulatory affairs or a related field.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in science, preferably in Pharmacy or Chemistry.
