LVMH Order Processing Coordinator

1. Serve as the primary contact for UK and EIRE launch and order planning for POSM and free goods.
2. Ensure successful implementation of all launch activities to meet on-counter dates.
3. Collaborate with the Supply team to download orders and matrices from Aurora within the agreed timeframe.
4. Communicate the status of launch management, distribution management, and logistical constraints for POSM.
5. Place and manage all POSM/Free Goods orders and fulfilment within PCD.
6. Develop and maintain internal relationships to ensure operational excellence.
7. Respond to queries and issues related to POSM/free goods post-fulfilment.
8. Coordinate shipping requests with the distribution center in Milton Keynes.
9. Act as a liaison between the distribution center, transport partners, customers, and Supply and Marketing teams.
10. Prepare operational reports concerning demand activities for Launch orders.
11. Participate actively in team meetings to maintain communication within the department.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service within an FMCG environment.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Proficient in SAP or a comparable ERP system.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
5. Effective time management and prioritization skills.
6. Ability to remain calm and supportive under pressure.

Minimum of 3 years in operational, logistics, or customer service roles within a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
